Registration Deadline — 20 days before the election.
ID Number. Federal law requires that you provide your driver’s license number to register to vote. If you do not have a current and valid Massachusetts’ driver’s
license then you must provide the last four (4) digits of your social security number. If you have neither, you must write “NONE” in the box and a unique identifying number will be assigned to you.

If you do not designate a party of political designation in this box, you will be
registered as unenrolled. Unenrolled voters may participate in party primaries. However, an unenrolled voter must enroll in a party on the day of the Presidential Preference Primary in order to participate in that primary.

Investigate a non-partisans ways to do monthly voter registration drives
Targeting non-college voters at places where they congregate
Out reach to nursing homes and assisted living facilities with Rosemary O'Neill
Day Care facility voter registration for young parents at all day care outlets.
Harwich Play Groups where younger parents bring there kids together for a morning or afternoon of play and socializing.
Get civic minded businesses to offer the non partisian groups such as The Cape Cod League of Women Voters "youth volunteers", or Cape Cod Rock's the Vote, to offer to set up tables for on the spot instant Voter Registration.
This campaign can be partnered with Free radio spots on "Youth Oriented Am / FM Radio Stations" announcing local "Rock the Vote" Voter Registration Drives in participating local businesses. Perhaps a discount on products if new voter can show a new Voter Registration Card?
